Timothy L. Sprague

Timothy L. Sprague has been affiliated with Keis
| George since December 1996 when he started work as a law clerk.
He became an associate at Keis | George in 1999 working in
the Firm’s subrogation practice. Mr. Sprague now concentrates
his practice on insurance defense litigation, including personal
injury, product liability, construction claims, and fires and explosions.
Mr. Sprague also handles large loss subrogation cases.
Tim is a 1998 graduate of Cleveland-Marshall College of Law. While
at Cleveland-Marshall, he was a member of its Moot Court Board of
Governors. Along with Sandra J. Kerber, Mr. Sprague also published
an article addressing the rights of terminated whistleblowers, entitled
What Kulch Accomplished, What Kulch Left Out, 45 Clev. St. L. Rev.,
667.
Mr. Sprague was admitted to the Ohio Bar in May 1999; U.S. District
Court, Northern District of Ohio, 1999. He is a member of the Ohio
State and Cleveland Bar Associations.
Tim enjoys golfing, running and playing softball.
