William H. Keis, Jr. is a partner with the law
firm of Keis | George, LLP. Mr. Keis is engaged in litigation
in state and federal courts. He concentrates his practice on insurance
subrogation including product liability, fires, explosions, floods,
construction cases, health care subrogation and insurance coverage
issues. He has extensive experience litigating a large variety of
subrogation and construction cases. Mr. Keis has practiced in the
Ohio Supreme Court as well as many of Ohio’s Appellate courts.
Mr. Keis is a 1977 graduate of Cleveland State University where
he studied Pre-Law courses, majoring in Political Science. He is
a 1981 graduate of Cleveland-Marshall College of Law. Mr. Keis was
admitted to the Ohio Bar in 1982. He is also admitted to the U.S.
District Court, Northern District of Ohio. Mr. Keis is a member
of the Cleveland and Ohio State Bar Associations; American Bar Association;
and the National Association of Subrogation Professionals
Mr. Keis has worked continuously in the subrogation arena since
1975 while working for a Cleveland subrogation law firm. Since beginning
his legal practice in 1982 his main practice area has been insurance
subrogation. Mr. Keis has litigated thousands of subrogation cases
all over Ohio and in other states.
Bill is married and has two children. Bill enjoys spending time
with his family, reading and travelling.
