Subrogation attorney

Marc’s practice concentrates on all aspects of subrogation including medical payments, uninsured and insured motorists, property damage, and large loss claims. Marc will help insurers streamline the high-volume nature of auto subrogation, establishing a lean file cycle that benefits their bottom-line and simplifies recovery. Marc will also concentrate on the firm’s large loss claims.

Marc received his J.D. from the Indiana University Maurer School of Law and earned a Bachelor’s of Arts degree from DePauw University. In college, Marc worked in the Office of Admissions as an Ambassador, representing the University’s mission to recruit engaging students, reinvest in the student experience, and expand the alumni network.

Indiana subrogation

Before joining Keis George, Marc served in the Hamilton County Prosecutor Office as a Deputy Prosecutor, where he gained invaluable experience handling misdemeanor and Level 6 felony cases. Marc’s formative years in litigation were spent with a regional insurance defense firm and with Indiana’s largest public housing agency where he refined his practice, resolving cases in state courts, from intake to resolution.
