Illinois Subrogation

A graduate of The John Marshall Law School, Michael graduated from the Southern Illinois University Carbondale, where he majored in Political Science. Michael began his career in law as a law clerk with the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation, the Illinois Attorney General’s Office, and the Cook County State’s Attorney’s Office. Prior to law school, Michael served as a Cavalry Officer in the United States Army.

Subrogation Attorney

As a member of the firm’s litigation group, Michael will represent clients at the state and federal level in a variety of auto, property, and workers’ compensation subrogation matters. His recent plaintiff experience includes contractual waivers in property and construction defect disputes and limitation of liability in trucking and cargo claims. Clients will appreciate Michael’s practical approach to subrogation and sophisticated relationship with technology. 

Michael is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association, New York State Bar Association, and the National Association of Subrogation Professionals. In his spare time, Michael enjoys a birds-eye view of Chicago, made possible through his FAA commercial drone license.
