Patrick received his J.D. from the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law and earned a political science degree from Indiana University, Bloomington. In law school, Patrick worked in the legal department of a national insurance company and was a registered lobbyist with the Indiana General Assembly. Patrick is a member of the Indianapolis Bar Association, the Indiana State Bar Association, and the National Association of Subrogation Professionals.
