Patrick D. Lockhart is an Associate Attorney in the Indianapolis office of Keis George LLP, where he oversees and manages a diverse, statewide litigation practice. Having dedicated his entire legal career to subrogation, Pat handles all aspects of litigation, including complex large losses, workers’ compensation, property and auto subrogation, and post-judgment collections.

Before joining Keis George, Pat built his expertise as a litigation attorney with another Indiana-based subrogation firm. His deep industry insight is backed by unique foundational experience working in the legal department of a national insurance company and serving as a registered lobbyist with the Indiana General Assembly.
Subrogation Attorney
Pat earned his J.D. from the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law and his Political Science degree from Indiana University Bloomington. He is admitted to the Indiana Bar and licensed to practice in both the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana.
Committed to giving back to both his profession and his city, Pat serves on the Indianapolis Bar Association’s Pro Bono Committee and is an active community volunteer. He is also a member of the Subrogation Healthcare Alliance, the National Association of Subrogation Professionals, and the Indiana State Bar Association. Pat is an avid IU football fan and enjoys spending time with family and friends.
