At Keis George, we want to help you understand your payment options so you voluntarily pay your claim or judgment. Let’s get started on making your payments or requesting a payment plan. Any correspondence you receive from Keis George includes your five- or six-digit file number.  You must reference this file number to pay your claim or judgment.

If you wish to make a payment on a claim or judgment, you may do so in the following ways:

1. 1. 1. 1. PayClix: By making an eCheck, debit card, or credit card payment via our third-party vendor, PayClix. PayClix accepts these payments online or by telephone at (866) 729-2549.  If you call, follow the prompts to speak to a representative and reference your file number.  Please note that there is a small convenience fee associated with transactions processed via PayClix.  You are responsible for this fee, in addition to the amount you are paying on the claim or judgment.  Keis George does not accept direct eCheck, debit card, or credit card payments, and does not have access to any account information you may provide for your transaction processed by PayClix. 
         2. In-person: By making a cash or check payment in person at our Cleveland office payment center from 9:00 AM until 4:30 PM. The office is located at 55 Public Square, Suite 1900, Cleveland, Ohio 44113.  Please note that we process cashier’s checks upon receipt, but we place a ten-business-day hold on personal checks.
         3. Postal Mail: By mailing a cashier’s check or a personal check to our Cleveland payment center located at 55 Public Square, Suite 1900, Cleveland, Ohio 44113. Please note that we process cashier’s checks upon receipt, but we place a ten-business-day hold on personal checks.
