William H. Keis, Jr. is the managing partner of subrogation law firm Keis George LLP. Bill has more than forty years of experience as lead counsel, representing Fortune 500 insurance companies in complex subrogation claims such as product liability, construction defects, residential and commercial fires and explosions, and general insurance coverage disputes. Bill collaborates with clients to resolve claims and lawsuits through practical and strategic negotiation, arbitration, mediation, and litigation.

A complex litigator, Bill has tried hundreds of subrogation cases in civil and federal courts with some to verdict in more than ten jurisdictions since opening the legal practice in 1982. Bill’s extensive experience and successful dispute resolution tactics allow him to mentor and develop members of the firm. Bill is a 1977 graduate of Cleveland State University where he studied Pre-Law courses, majoring in Political Science. Bill is a 1981 graduate of Cleveland-Marshall College of Law. Bill was admitted to the Ohio Bar in 1982 and was admitted to the U.S. District Court, Northern District of Ohio. Bill is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association and the National Association of Subrogation Professionals.
