Ross began his career as a deputy prosecutor, gaining valuable trial experience while obtaining convictions against drunk drivers and drug offenders. He then worked in-house for a Fortune 500 insurance company, representing the company and its insured through all phases of litigation. His clients included school corporations, international businesses, local and regional businesses, and individuals.

Ross received his J.D., cum laude, from the Robert H. McKinney School of Law. He also has an accounting and finance degree from Indiana University and is a member of the Indiana State Bar Association and the National Association of Subrogation Professionals.
