Elaine Gladman has been handling subrogation cases since 2002. She handles files in both Ohio and Indiana where she became licensed in 2005 by doing the unthinkable and taking a second bar exam. Since beginning her work at Keis George LLP in 2012 she has filed thousands of cases in Indiana for her clients on both insured and uninsured cases.

Litigation Attorney

Elaine is involved in every aspect of litigation including the presuit review of the client’s referral, the filing of Complaints, and the litigation process that follows. She also has set up the post-judgment collections process for Keis George LLP Indiana files and is in charge of handling post-judgment garnishments and payment plans.

Auto Subrogation

More recently, Elaine has become involved in ensuring that the client’s files get a thorough review prior to suit in an effort to resolve cases without filing suit. She believes it is important to establish relationships with both her client adjusters and adverse adjusters in an effort to resolve files in an efficient manner, but is not averse to filing suit when a resolution cannot be reached. Elaine is also the attorney that supervises the Keis George LLP recovery department and she works with the firm’s collectors, most of whom have been with the firm for several years, to ensure that the post-judgment files are being worked in a manner to increase the clients’ recovery and maintain the standard of professionalism that Keis George is known for.
