Herbert L. Nussle has practiced subrogation law for more than twenty-one years. A senior partner with Keis George LLP, Herb is licensed to practice in the state of Ohio and the Federal District Courts of Indiana. Solely focused on property subrogation and heading the firms Early Involvement Strategy for investigating new losses, Herb concentrates his practice in products liability, fire and explosions, utility failures, and construction claims.

Herb has litigated hundreds of property subrogation cases, investigated hundreds of complex commercial and residential property claims, and has provided legal advice in other matters. Herb has structured the firm’s investigative approach, which has led to millions in recoveries and damages.
