On July 20, 2022, Herbert L. Nussle prevailed in a Motion for Summary Judgment in the Mahoning County Court of Common Pleas in favor of their insurance carrier client. The Court ruled the insurance carrier had proven the manufacturer’s product was defective and that the manufacturer had no viable defenses. In addition, the insurance carrier proved all other elements of its claim including damages. Judgment was entered in favor of the insurance carrier client.
