In March 2016, The Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) alleged Gree dehumidifiers caused $4.5 Million in property damage. Since Gree and the CPSC reissued the recall on November 29, 2016, that cost has jumped to nearly $19 Million in property damage and includes major brand names such as Frigidaire, Soleus Air, and Kenmore. We are working with our clients to bundle these cases to increase the settlement value and decrease your operational costs associated with individually adjusting each claim.
